The European e*Message group's new services include professional stock-exchange information with almost 1000 constantly updated share prices, the NTV financial news, and a "raw product" available to resellers.

IMST GmbH, a company based in Kamp-Lintfort, Germany, recently analyzed the radiation of the e*Message pagers. Result of the study: the radiation is "below the sensitivity of the DASY3 measuring instrument", i.e. less than 0.005 W/kg. Pagers can therefore be used in sensitive areas where mobile phones are prohibited.
