Two special e*Skyper programmes are being launched to cover the Football World Cup in Korea and Japan. Live news and a table of the 64 matches are presented on Channel 54, while results, daily summaries and World Cup news are available on Channel 60.
Two special e*Skyper programmes are available to football fans during the World Cup in Korea and Japan from May 31 until June 30: Channel 54 is reserved for live news on the 64 matches, while Channel 60 presents the daily programme and background information (“WM heute” and “WM buntes”, both updated at 6 a.m.), as well as the day’s results and summary (“WM kompakt”, updated at 5 p.m.).
Three or more matches will be played each day in the preliminary round until June 14. Due to the time difference, the matches will start at 8:30 a.m., 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. CET – inconvenient times for those who must work or study. But e*Skyper helps fans to overcome the handicap and stay informed in real time: the information is available everywhere at a low flat rate – and at the push of a button!
e*Skyper, the “electronic newspaper” edited by e*Message, offers more than 80 programmes with political, business, sports and cultural news, as well as more than 600 constantly updated stock-exchange prices. e*Skyper’s 22 football channels – news, EuroFootball and 18 German club channels – are especially popular.
